Meet our Director

I am Lilly Molinaris and I came to Beloved Tutoring in 2021 after teaching reading, language arts and social studies in both public and private schools in the greater Houston area. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University and a certified ELA teacher since 2005.

Even during the years when I took time off from full-time teaching to have my children, I enjoyed work as TAAS tutor and later a STAAR tutor. In that capacity, I saw the tremendous gains that could be achieved utilizing data to determine a student's individual needs and honing in on those skills to close the educational gaps. When a student is met where they are at with encouragement and in a safe place for growth, the magic can happen.  Sometimes, it's shining a light on a child's uniqueness and helping them understand they were fearfully and wonderfully made with talents apart from the skills in which they struggle. Sometimes, it's building confidence in a child while we teach, check for master and forge ahead. The time, pace and approach is completely individualized. I am for your child.

Teaching at Beloved is a privilege that often does not feel like "work" and there is no greater satisfaction than to release a student after his or her needs have been met. As the director, I am very proud to be leading such a professional, creative and compassionate group of educators.
